Where is my order?

We aim to deliver items within 3 to 5 working days, excluding the holidays.

If you still haven't received your item by then email us.

What is your return policy?

Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date and returned in their original condition.

All labels must be in place and no marks, otherwise we won't be able to refund you or take the item back.

Can I cancel my order?

Once your order has been confirmed, it's automatically processed therefore it can’t be cancelled.

Can I exchange an item?

To exchange an item, you will need to return the unwanted item back. Let us know why you want to make an exchange, then once we receive the item and make sure it is in its original condition, we will then send you the item that you want it to be exchanged for.

How long does it take for a refund to be issued?

Once your return has been confirmed and accepted, we will send you a confirmation email, then send your refund through the same method used to purchase. It can take up to 5 working days to reflect on your account.

Are delivery charges refundable?

Delivery charges are not refundable as we offer free returns in the UK. Print your prepaid shipping label, it will be sent to you by email, attach it to the item and send it back to us.
